Repeating Applications

How many times have you applied for one job? I keep seeing ads on and off for jobs I can do, and I keep applying each season. Usually, I don't even get interviews. =*(

There are very few jobs I can apply for because (a) I don't have a car and (b) I'm in college and can't get a day job. Should I keep applying for these even though I've already applied multiple times? I'm running out of options.

Any success stories? If so, what got you the job?
