So two days ago I'm at work and my cell phone starts buzzing.... it's day care. Emily has a fever, and she turned around too fast and fell and hit her forehead on the bookshelf. Erin and I went to NYC yesterday to see Hair on Broadway. Hair is play about the flower children and issues of the 60's, such as drugs, war, and adult responsibilities. Figured I'd update everyone and let them know that my new job is going very very well. My caseload has been increased so that I see a new patient every 30 minutes instead of every 45. This transition has occurred about 3 weeks before we originally projected, hooray! I've been having a good time learning although I still feel very overwhelmed ( Read more... )

Normally I cook a boneless turkey breast, however, due to the tempting price of .38 a lb for a whole turkey..... I went all in and cooked a whole turkey.
