Saturday was pretty productive, even if we did sleep late. It's Tom's day off so I can get him to help me around the house more. Sometimes it's just because he sees me doing things so he feels guilty and starts doing things.

It has pretty much rained all day here.  I know we need the rain, desperately but I hate the rain sometimes if for no other reason but the drop in the barometric pressure exacerbates Toms' Meniere's disease and makes him dizzy.  He's been dizzy for about three days now on and off.  It's so frustrating for him and it worries me so much.  I hate to ( Read more... )

Why does it make me so angry when Tom falls asleep at the computer and I wake up (today at 5:57 a.m.) and find him at the computer instead of in bed?  Then he sleeps until I make him get up at noon.   He has been dizzy the last week or so, (his Meniere's disease acting up) so the lack of sleep makes it worse.

I am angry at Tom, well maybe angry isn't the right word. Hurt, frustrated, aggravated, I don't know how to explain it. Well, things are looking up. My worry for myself is pretty much over, it's the worry about Tom and his health and well-being that are my biggest worries. He still has the pain in his side (pleurisy) and is still having the occasional dizzies (menieres disease), but at least he is back at work today. I have been having such a hard time sleeping. I was angry with Tom for not coming to bed...stayed up all night talking with Tony, and couldn't get my mind off of tomorrow. Sometimes I'm not sure I want to know what he writes, it always depresses me so. And like today, I just don't know what to say. It might be easier if he would talk to me. This morning I wish I hadn't read it. But it makes seeing why he's dizzy a bit more clear.

It's not so bad really. I am waiting to participate in a study being done by someone in the college's Psychology department. I already participated in one, but it ended much sooner than I thought so I am just hanging around waiting for the next one to begin ( Read more... )

Tom has been having alot of spells lately, I am thinking it has alot to do with stress. He doesn't have the same conclusion, he just wonders why. It is so hard to be supportive all the time.
