So, it's still snowing outside and I have to remind myself over and over again that it's March already and not the middle of January. On Thursday I'm going to the zoo with my students for an Easter egg hunt. Hey, I’m still alive. After coming back from Cologne I was feeling really depressed. I don’t really know why but I had a hard time getting myself out of it. I went for a hike with my students today. So we walked to the train station and most of them had never been in a train before. It was a huge adventure for a 9 minute train ride. Memory
So yesterday we had this memory guy at school. Apparently he has done a lot of TV productions and so on but unlike some of my colleagues I had never heard of him. Anyway now it's over 24 hours later and I still remember the last 10 presidents of the USA whose names I learned within 3 minutes. I had a great birthday. Even though it was the big 30. My colleagues welcomed me into adulthood and the children "sang" Happy Birthday off key and way too many times.
