Snow, snow, snow and ... snow
So, it's still snowing outside and I have to remind myself over and over again that it's March already and not the middle of January. On Thursday I'm going to the zoo with my students for an Easter egg hunt. Well if it keeps snowing it would be better to hide white eggs. ;) Today I talked with the kids about wearing proper clothes to our amazing adventure and one of them suggested that the Easter bunny could borrow Santas sleigh. The kids don't seem to have a problem with trudging through snow to get to the prize. Of course they are only six years old and easily excited. My co-workers all suggested to just cancel the whole thing but I think we all need to toughen up a little bit. ;) If it gets too cold for me I will just go to the petting zoo and cuddle up to the sheep.
