I feel like my insides are being tore to shreds, and that i can't pick up the pieces because they are just too sharp and too painfully cutting. I haven't hurt this much in a long time.

A patient grabbed me by the neck/shoulders tonight....  Got a hold of the stethoscope around my neck and almost choked me. I was able to free the stethoscope and throw it before it affected me, but It was terrifying none the less.. Even now Im still shaking. There is so much to say about so much that has happened but for right now the only thing to do is sleep... Sleep for a long time. 

 There are people who can walk away from you.

And hear me when I tell you this! When people can walk away from you: let them walk. I don't want you to try to talk another person into staying with you, loving you, calling you, caring about you, coming to see you, staying attached to you. I mean hang up the phone.
