Oh, goodness!  Did anyone else see how Numb3rs just ended?  I'm all impressed, and my buttons are pushed, by the last scenes.  This is the first episode I've caught this season.  I think I'm going to start watching this series again.

I swore off The West Wing the night Sorkin had Josh tear apart that hapless Trekkie.  It was clearly a sordid attack on Sorkin's own fans, cruelly re-routed to mock innocent Trek fans.  I never watched another episode, and haven't stepped closer than the occasional legitimate-media article comparing the current real presidential race to the final ( Read more... )

I caught up on the most recent episode of Bones today (recorded last Wednesday, episode 4.03 "Man in the Outhouse").  I spent most of it wondering why I was watching.  ( mildly-spoilery gripes )

The New York Times reports that ABC has ordered a new drama series titled Cupid, "about a character who may or may not be the Roman god of love."  Um.  Yeah.  That show got made already.  '98-'99.  Lasted half a season.  See IMDB.  And ABC aired the first one, too.

The complete series of The Magnificent Seven (1998) is priced at $19.99 on Amazon until Monday, as their TV deal-of-the-week.  I know some people were very much into it at one point...
