So I wanted to get back to that "being happy" thing I wrote about before. One of the goals was to do more creative stuff, partly to reduce stress and partly because I miss it. I have made a lot of progress on that front the past few days.

My mom gave me an old GE stand mixer a few years ago. It still worked,and even had a juicer attachment . I stuck it in a cupboard because it was sort of heavy and awkward. My boss sent me to a seminar last week given by this guy. To be honest I was a bit skeptical. Our agency seems to be going in a more holistic direction with regards to our "clients". So the other day I  was home,sitting on the couch and watching a show on the Discovery channel about a pawn shop (yes,I know,they're really stretching the limits of reality tv nowadays..) . Did you know Kombucha tea was fermented?  I did not know this. Stopped at the grocery store on the way in to work, and grabbed a drink on the organic food aisle. It was cranberry and tea.
