Started putting up Christmas decorations today, and went and looked at trees this morning. Got a few done. Tried to vacuum dog hair off the carpet with a handheld vacuum. Which, in all actuality, really did nothing. Unless I spent 15-20 minutes vacuuming the same spot. After writing my name with it, I got bored, gave up, and moved on. Cleared the ( Read more... ) -
Winterbreak/Work
Got a job at FYE. Woooo! I got out of class thursday, applied for the job, interveiwed friday, and started saturday. I've only worked one day so far, but I loved it. So, day started out well. Class was essentially...sort of cancelled. It still existed, but instead of sitting in a class room, everyone headed downtown. Why? Because it's FilmFest! Meh. I've been cleaning my apartment for the last three days. It was dusty, dirty, messy, and covered in dog hair. And as a plus, it smelled funny. I tried to tackle it solo last night, to very little avail. Went to Kroger today, and obtained a buggy full of cleaning supplies. I was unaware you needed these to REALLY clean.
