So this coming weekend I'm playing a show on Friday, a show on Sunday, and going to my Dad's 60th birthday party on Saturday! I hope my ripstik is fixed in time. The back caster has stopped spinning correctly, and I'm taking it on Tuesday to a place that is suposed to be an authorized Razor repair center. I just want to rip, man!

For me, last night was the first day of awesome summer. I played at a rock show that Ryan Moore set up at the Brunswick UU Church, and had such a great time. He and Mike's new band, Memo, is awesome. There is a skate park where I work, and I often have the opportunity to watch the kids skate. I thought to myself the other day, Jeez, a lot of these kids are riding with their left foot forward. Jen and I went to my parents' house out on the island this weekend, and my main goal was to bring back my old Nintendo. It was nowhere to be found!! I turned that basement upside-down looking for it, and all I found were the games... MINUS the two I wanted most - Legend of Zelda and Mario 2!
