Hahaha, my mom was on her way home from work, stopping to get us some food (because it's freaking hot and we refuse to cook, as a result), and she got pulled over by a cop while she was on the phone with me. It's actually a fairly decent temperature in here at night and in the early morning (or when it's pouring rain). I've come to the conclusion that it's because the sun isn't out.

Obviously this is a shocking development and makes me clever.

I think for the rest of the summer I should be semi-nocturnal like this.  Melting to death is sososo

A few things I've discovered this week...

• Sundays where I do a/v are amazing, but tiring. • Watched the Hulk movie. Spent most of the time waiting for a certain scene I'd heard was going to be in it which ended up not being there 'till the end (and then I squee'd, actually out-loud, in a theater with people in it - but I wasn't the only one, haha, I heard some other squee-noises and some were from dudes and that made my day ( Read more... )

I tried this new tea - unfortunately decaff, but whatever, it's pretty good. Not sure what it's called, because I was silly and threw out the wrapper-thing it came in, and only had one. Also digging through the trash is not what I'm in the mood for. But it tastes like cinnamon. Only different. But it's good!

• I? Am old.
  Now, that doesn't mean those older than myself are "old", because it's a personal thing, different for everybody, when they become officially "old". And I? Totally AM. And this distresses me. • The kittens are even more likely to be staying. Or, at least one is - my sister wants to give the other one to her boyfriend, who wants to name it Bobbalou or however that terrible horrible name is spelled. It shouldn't even be a name! D:
