I took allergy medicine last night to help me sleep, just in case my napping earlier on had screwed me up, and GOD I SLEPT AMAZINGLY. I didn't want to wake up, slept through two of the three alarms I'd set on my phone, and am sitting here staring longingly at my bed. Apparently sleep is addicting!

So today Shan dyed my hair blond as stage one of the going-back-to-red because it got dark and the red wouldn't go over dark well. So um now I look silly, to me, though my mom and Shan say it looks good. I do not think I agree - it's not very me at all, so I can't like it much. Again, sleeping all night is obviously a very dumb thing to do. Being up all night, however, is spiffy. I'm mildly hyper, and with some caffeine I'll be good to go for hours yet. Until this afternoon when I'll get a few hours sleep once it's too hot to do anything else. Or something. I'm really fond of this, now. Very cool.

It's actually a fairly decent temperature in here at night and in the early morning (or when it's pouring rain). I've come to the conclusion that it's because the sun isn't out.

Obviously this is a shocking development and makes me clever.
