Why does that one line seem to sum up my entire life right now?

I have a feeling that somehow I'm going to end up being the only sane person left in my immediate family. And then Hell will freeze over and we'll all go ice skating. The fact that I'll be ice skating is almost as alarming as the fact that Hell will be frozen. I am horrible at normal!skating.

I am officially addicted to hand sanitizer, thanks to people at church being like 'AAAAHHH GERMS' when I was there sick on Sunday, and so out of courtesy I started using it every time I coughed / touched my face, and now I CAN'T STOP. I spent all of today watching the first season of Supernatural and making jewelry. It was not what my parents would call productive, but I feel good about it, especially since I've been up since four and haven't taken a nap, and haven't had the urge to (except for once, briefly, when Jules was curled up in my blankets around noon looking SO COMFY).

Huh. Despite only two hours sleep the previous night, no nap in the daytime, and no caffeine after 4pm (just to be safe), I successfully woke up at 4am again today.... I don't even know. It's really frustrating, because I think even if I stayed awake for a week straight I wouldn't be able to sleep a full night anymore. I might just try that. Ooh.
