So, I have managed to throw out somewhere around 400 pounds of blueprints to hotels, restaurants, dormitories, police stations, clinics and schools that we don't need anymore. I hope the garbage guy will actually do some sort of "recycle" thing with them if it can be done. I simply must find out more about that. I can't keep these things forever. ( Read more... )

Why it is that insulators, plumbers, dozer dudes, electricians, God and my husband won't everrrrrrrrrrr let me sleep is beyond me. Last night was one of the oddest in my memory. I was alone and home by somewhere around 5. I left again for a couple of hours and ate alone in a little cafe here in town and talked with some man just traveling through delivering books that another man had traveled through and sold just weeks earlier. Today was the first time I ever put my daughter on a bus/van to take her2 hours from home and keep her all week long. She is gone to camp. I don't know exactly how I feel about this.
