Why it is that insulators, plumbers, dozer dudes, electricians, God and my husband won't everrrrrrrrrrr let me sleep is beyond me. However, since I have been up for round about 3 hours now I have cleaned and hosed off the back porch, cleaned the garage (except for the heavy machinery), put away all the clean laundry, unloaded the dishwasher and am ( Read more... )

I remember suz and I laying in our bed... long before we were married... and "reading roles" aloud... from a "original radio transcrips" book of The Hitchhikers Guide... (it (the book) had all the stage direction and aside comments from Adams... it is a treasured memory. :)

I too...get VERY excited over books...(way more than a person should) I still think I could live in a Barnes and Nobles...there's comfy chairs, restrooms, food, beverages and books...what more could a person want!?

that would be a perfect world if I were sitting in a nice breeze with the sun sparkling off the water and I was reading my book but could still hear the faint laughter of my kids.

This is one of my dreams too.
