(no subject)
Today was the first time I ever put my daughter on a bus/van to take her2 hours from home and keep her all week long. She is gone to camp. I don't know exactly how I feel about this. I've already written her a letter and mailed it. I also made her Dad send her a card and her brother send her a post card.
Stevie is gone to get his new truck now and Ethan went with him. When they get home Stevie will head to Memphis and Ethan and I will head to a different camp but it only goes for a few hours everyday and I am a counselor so I can't leave him. It'll be fun. Right? Probably not but I will smile anyway.
I meant to have something interesting to say. Oh wait, I know...have any of you seen the previews for that new VH1 pop culture trivia show? Oh, I'm so gonna be all over watching that. I wish I had someone fun to watch with, that would be 47 kinds of goodness.
I have to take Lady to the vet in just a bit...poor baby had a bad reaction to her stitches and they have to make sure everything is okay. I thought I was going to have to take Toby to the vet too but apparently he just got stung by a bee. He's fine now. I did think it was a snake bit.
Speaking of snakes...during all this clearing of our land (well they are clearing like 7 acres)the dozer guys say they have only seen 3 snakes and with all the water (they turning the nice little creek and pond into a loverly lake) that is pretty amazing. Still, I figured it was a snake that got Toby...but nope, he's all fine now.
