Characters: Kasuga and YOU Location: In/Around/On top of(???) Holocaust Mall Rating: PG/PG-13 Time: Nov 18, Mid-Day Description: After the battle Kasuga is in need of need of new clothing and so... very unsure.
After speaking with Taskasugi for awhile, Tsubaki had taken to the rooftops to travel through the more crowded parts of the city. Even deep within the shopping district, the rooftops were usually empty, and relatively quiet in comparison to the bustling streets below.
At the moment, she was standing atop Holocaust Mall, sitting on the edge of the building. To most it might look precarious, but Tsubaki seemed perfectly at ease here, enjoying the breeze that came with being up so high.
Leaving she shops, though not on duty Kasuga's eyes automatically sized up the area around her before she jumped from one landing to the next till she crouched down on top of the building. Without the extensive cover of tree that her own land offered, she had found that her preferred method of travel was across the buildings until she reached her destination.
What Kasuga had not expected to find was that someone else had found a comfortable spot upon the very building she often perched on top of when the city was quiet. Her first instinct was to reach for kunai and expect an attack, but upon closer inspection she noticed the girl as one of the officials of Death City itself.
Standing, Kasuga adjusted her happi as she stepped forwards, unsure if it were okay to disturb the girl's peaceful moment by approaching her or whether she would be better off leaping to the next building and heading to the place she called home as long as she was here.
Though her senses weren't as sharp as Black★Star's, her training still allowed her to hear footsteps approaching from behind, but she didn't sense any hostility from whoever was approaching. With a simple turn of her head, Tsubaki glanced over her shoulder at the woman who had arrived on the rooftop, blinking once before smiling at her.
Tsubaki didn't mind sharing the roof, especially with a fellow ninja. All the ninja she'd met from other worlds had been perfectly nice to talk to, and meeting another didn't bother her in the slightest.
"Hello," she said, her expression open and friendly.
Kasuga stopped in her tracks, slightly startled that the woman had even heard her coming. Though she wasn't particularly trying to be stealthy, it was something that came naturally at this point. That and Sasuke was usually one of the few who could actually detect her from a long way off.
After blinking several times, she bowed her head slightly, "Forgive me, I hope I did not mean to interrupt."
[ Caught up in everything, the sudden prod caused her to start and whirl around, expecting something much more than Shal. The tension quickly left her body, though she stayed on her guard as she crossed her hands over her chest and attempted to hide her embarasment at letting someone sneak up behind her. ]

[ Blinking, Kasuga whirls around to face the young boy. Was her confusion that obvious...? While feeling extremely unsure about the situation, surely it wouldn't hurt to at least tell him what she had come for. ]
Ah-- Perhaps... I am in need of new clothing, yet I am unaccustomed to such... [ she trails off, glancing at the nearest store and the clothing that's displayed in the window. Jeans? Shorts? T-shirts? She doesn't get it. ]
Koujurou had been on the way to the Holocaust Mall to pick up some supplies when he caught the flicker of a familiar shadow through the corner of his eye. The swordsman immediately paused and turned his gaze upward, scanning the point where the horizon met with the tops of the buildings.
It wasn't too long before he spotted what - or more like, who - he was looking for.
The kunoichi had caught sight of the older man before he had even seen her. In one swift motion she joined him down at a normal level, ending in a crouch. As she stood, she offered her usual polite bow to him.
"Katakura Koujurou. It has been some time since we have spoken." At least a week, she noted, but time was hard to keep track here. It went by so fast to her as she spent day after day in such a direct routine.
His warmness brings a smile to her own face as she nods just barely. "Yes, for the most part." It was the truth, while she had been caught in the fights her injuries were extremely minor. If anything, her clothing suffered more damage than see herself had. "-- And yourself? You too were in the battles against the kishin, were you not?"

Shizuo's demeanor easily caught Kasuga's attention even from the corner of her eye and long before she recognized the somewhat familiar voice. It was almost as if his anger could be felt from a mile away and to a woman such as herself, the way she followed his movement out of the corner of his eye was only natural.
It wasn't until she realized that it had been the partner of Motochika (he was a stop sign most of the time, after all), that she turned her body in order to watch him directly. As she neared, she debated whether to call out to him or let him storm on by without noticing her.
Mind made up, Kasuga took a deep breath before she stepped forward. "Excuse me-- It is Shizuo, correct...? I-Is everything alright?"
both... at the same time!ablushingbladeJune 11 2011, 03:31:14 UTC
As if watching him smash a potted plant in anger wasn't enough of a scene, his not knowing who she was caused a flush to creep across her face. Of course, it was a necessary duty for easily pin-point voices and who belonged to her. In her line of work, one tiny mistake and the wrong person could end up dead... not that she'd leave anyone behind that would catch her anyways.
Avoiding eye contact, Kasuga bows slightly in formal greeting. "F-Forgive me. I am Kasuga-- I aided Michelle last night as she fought along side your partner."

Is there a certain kind of style that you want? [Once he knows that, he's pretty sure he could easily direct her in the direction she had to go.]

A small smile touched Koujurou's face as he inclined his head towards Kasuga in greeting.
"I trust you have been well?"
