I finally got some sleep but why do I feel so horrible about it? Gabriel has been colicy for 4 days now and I get a average of 3-5 hours of sleep a night. Tonight i couldn't handle it, Gabs colic was worst today, I couldn't set him down. I rode a bike today! I thought it would take a litle longer for me to get up to doing anything like that. I am basically healed, I have 1-2 more stitches to fall out. Well, Gabriel is one week old now. He seems to be a beautiful healthy boy. We had one scare the day we brought him home. babies have a tendacy to stop breathing and ofcourse this momma didn't know that and freaked. I am feeling much better today. I had a rough night last night. Yes you have some blood with a vaginal birth, or I am assuming it was normal since the doc didn't seem to worried. I had Gabriel felder Call at 12:25 in the afternoon. he was 6 pounds 13 ounces and 6 days late! He was full term baby! The nurse that was there for delivery was awesome. I got so scared during the epidural that she had to hold me. She was 2 hour late for lunch because she wanted to stay by my side until Gab was born ( Read more... )

Waiting sucks. It is to early in the morning for me and I haven't eaten since midnight tuesday like they said. Dog is licking his ass very loudly again. I hate that. Wish L&D will call me right at 5.
