I took Monday off work. I had a dentist appointment for cavity filling of my rightside, and I have one last one for my left. Good news! As of April 28th 2014, I am now a full time employee for Dell! After 3.5 years of being a temp; Working hard has a Mentor/Coach for the Call Directors, then for Enterprise Triage; I have been hired onto a new role that's Enterprise Case Directory. I got a new hat, a leather hat from The Ole Pecan Street Festival and it's fancy. Also, officially I have a girlfriend. Neat.

As far as I understand, I need to earn I-F Level/Certs to be qualified to be a Team/Quality Leader for Triage. It'll be awhile and I most likely need to be hired on in another department before coming back?
