Good news! As of April 28th 2014, I am now a full time employee for Dell! After 3.5 years of being a temp; Working hard has a Mentor/Coach for the Call Directors, then for Enterprise Triage; I have been hired onto a new role that's Enterprise Case Directory. This role will lead into the nitty gritty of Dell Storage Support, a technical Support position I've been wanting to be a part of.
