Conflict of interests.
I took Monday off work. I had a dentist appointment for cavity filling of my rightside, and I have one last one for my left. Then I proceeded to stay up for about 36 hours, be it out of working that Sunday night and Sarah moving out with movers and then helping out Josh somewhat moving in.
Tuesday I was up to a mostly empty place and Josh stayed at Sarah's, which is fine, they are dating....
Wednesday Carpet cleaner came by to steam clean the living room and spare room. I did nap from like noon till five when, the TWC guy showed up to adjust my internet access by assigning the cable feed in my room to be the main location of the modem. Then I had coffee and went to work, while Sarah was over and spending time with Josh. I did get to see her new set up, it's actually pretty nice.
Wednesday night, I had shadowing with Gibbs in Online Support for Equallogic, hence the reason I need to get my Storage+ Powered by SNIA (tm) cert. That was fun.
Thursday, Had a 45 minute long team meeting going over new exciting things, till Kiki urgently called me and I had to leave work. The movers Wayne hired cancelled last minute, due to the beds being in protective bags for bed bugs. Ugh.
Josh still has yet to fully set up his room. Which is fine, it's his room and all that. We did turn in his roommate application to the office to be processed.
In between those two events, I had coffee with Laurie, which was nice. Till Kiki called in a panic about her situation again. So with little sleep, I went back home to try and get Josh to help with packing the rented out u-haul. Which he had to leave to Killeen to finish moving out of his previous bad situation.
I ended up at Wayne's to wait for him to return and get a game plan together. The rest of the afternoon was loading and unloading u-haul from an apartment off South Lamar and the new one off William Cannon. Finally finished around 10pm, with Bryan Case, Manny, and Trevor. Buff Bois to the rescue. I was awake for 28 hours and went to bed around midnight.
Then there was Friday. I woke up at like 8am to the sound of my phone blaring a flash flood warning. Oh and there were tornado warnings and the airport shut down for a bit. Kiki's area was flooding.... And I'm officially proclaiming that I'm sick from the weather and stress of this week.
I did get to enjoy most of the day playing video games and going to Best Buy with Josh. Even ordered pizza. For context for this part, I should point out Sarah wants to help me look for a couch for the living room and stay on good terms. She still owes me money that I would be able to afford to buy one of the couches she messaged me about. Josh invited Sarah over without asking me or letting me know ahead of time. I'm not well and I'm still upset with her, it'll take time for me to stop seeing her face and feeling upset. So, she arrived, I was not happy about it, she then went to take a slice of my pizza without asking me first and I straight up told her, "No you may not, you didn't ask, why are you randomly here?!" So she left after noting I've still been an asshole towards her. Josh finished his pizza and we talked about how it's awkward for him that I'm angry with his new girlfriend and kicked her out of the apartment. He then left to go spend the rest of the night with her.
It has yet to be a solid week for me to adjust with her no longer being a major stress point in my life and accepting them dating. Also, I mentally placed Sarah in the, "No longer help" category and Josh is in the "Agreed to help" category. But they are together, which tells me he does not need much help on my part, so I'm conflicted. I did step out of line and should had let them both know I wanted one of them to ask ahead of time for her to come over. And that I haven't been well this whole week. Which I thought was previously acknowledged, she was my roommate for three years, so should know better. Gah. I should calm down. I keep getting myself into coughing fits over this.
