For what it's worth, I'd highly recommend not getting swine flu.

I swear to god, I am feeling shell-shocked from daily life. That is the only sentence that I have that describes how I feel now. More to come, maybe.

My last entry was three months ago. When I wrote it I knew I would end up here, exactly where I am now, but had no idea how that would come to pass. So much time goes between these that I wonder why I am always drawn back to update. Time has passed. 'This, too' has not. I am still sick. I have seen more than my share of doctors since then, three in the first four days I became seriously ill. I am lying on a couch with my laptop, alone, in the place I am housesitting waiting for someone to hold a pillow over my head. I ended up taking an emergency trip to the doctors last night after my symptoms got a little scarier, and am now faced with getting surgery to get my tonsils out as soon as possible as they infection is starting to affect ( Read more... )
