I say this is my first because this is actually the first time I've had a drive failure on a personal computer. Usually my hard drives last for many years. Not so for my 2007 iMac. The first big step in getting the bathrooms upgraded is complete. I'm really happy with the results. I was able to get the same countertops (quartz) as the kitchen a year ago. They have a minimum order, but they were able to fulfill my order based on scraps they still had--win, win.

Met with my doctor again to review what's going on with my shoulder. Exercises are rapidly getting things better with no inflammation. I haven't needed to take any Naproxen or Ibuprofen in over a week now and happy about that. I would say that about 90% of my flexibility is back. Just came from another PT session for my shoulder. I pleased to say that things have been moving along pretty well. Exercises for strength training increase almost every day significantly. So, according to WRAL-TV this evening, our state government (North Carolina) apparently demanded this history of purchases from Amazon.com for all NC residents..., for the past 7 years! Had my second sleep study last night. This was a followup to my last one to see what has changed since I lost 20 pounds. Things got underway and was asleep by 2300. Yesterday was the campus luncheon for the IT Awards. It's an annual event to recognize outstanding IT service across the campus. They accept many nominations (individuals and teams) and give out many awards for the best 10-20 people. I won this back in 2000 ( Read more... )
