Met with my doctor again to review what's going on with my shoulder. Exercises are rapidly getting things better with no inflammation. I haven't needed to take any Naproxen or Ibuprofen in over a week now and happy about that. I would say that about 90% of my flexibility is back. I mainly cannot raise my right arm straight up yet (let alone reach back like when you yawn and stretch).
Doctor says to keep with the exercises, but I should be fine with light mountain biking at this point. I should only do short durations to see how well the shoulder tolerates the jarring action. This is really good news. His biggest fear (and mine) is falling again. I need to be low risk on my mountain biking for now. I'll keep doing PT, but only doing that bi-weekly at this point.
