Post-Graduation
life is turning out to be somewhat different than expected. First of all, I'm still here in Hanover. C&R ended early this week. Late last week, I bought a car, for $50 from a coworker. Back!
Just got back today from spring break. Am very much looking forward to Senior Spring. 2 classes, and a PE, plus work, and catering. The work part sucks, but I'm expecting to have a lot of free time. So, i've been not smoking for a little while. I think today was day 3, but maybe not, since I had my last stogie early Tuesday morning. so this is day 3, but it will only be 72 hours sometime in the a.m., when I'll be at work, so I will definitely have made it through day 3 without smoking. I've been really wanting to apply to grad school, but have also been really wanting to move to Alaska, maybe just for a while so I could be with my honey bunny. But then I was being sad because I thought that I would have to just settle for applying to law school (and maybe not liking it and maybe not even getting in). I'm getting it out of the way now. I hardly ever post, so clearly I'm supposed to be doing something else now. Like writing the first chapter for my thesis which I was supposed to hand in at the end of last term. I'll be surprised as hell if I actually get through this. I loved him. He was such a great friend, my best friend freshman year. And I guess we sort of grew apart after that. But I still thought and think that he was amazing, and is amazing and I won't ever forget him. Chris tells me he was very happy. In love, looking toward the future. As I guess he always did. i don't know what kind of day I had today. I found my money, which was awesome. I used it to buy wine, which fucking rocked. i went to the gym, had an easy work out, but it made me feel good. Was totally preoccupied worrying about my friend, but things worked out for him. That made me feel good. Hung out with llargh, but too little. that ( Read more... )
