Really tired today. I was tired yesterday, but I drank a lot of tea and put my mp3 player on and powered through as best I could. Last night I had nightmares. Not supernatural, Silent Hill-esque dreamscapes as I sometimes do. Just garden variety, unexpected and explicit violence through an unflinching subconscious camera.

It is 2:35 AM and I can't sleep.

Two of my cats, Goblin and Bruce are cuddled up together on the futon next to me and it is the cutest thing ever.

Goblin started meowing at 3:30 AM. He kept it up for about an hour; then Eve started. Goblin seemed to want to make sure we were there; then he just seemed hungry or cranky. Bruce has fleas. At least a few. It seems like whenever misfortune falls on the cats, it affects Bruce.

All the cats got flea treatments yesterday and Jill was sure to go around and vacuum and wash things. I think the fleas probably hitched a ride on one of our friends' clothes who also have cats.

Jill has started writing cat review on her blog. Well, two can play at that game.

When thinking about my time-travel RPG idea I realized that a lot of the basic ideas are found in both Chrono Trigger and FFXIII-2. But, since I haven't played either of those, I'm not going to stress about it too much. I also had the idea of another group traveling through time - maybe trying to counter the changes that the PCs are making?
