I'm a wuss. I can't say what I want because... basically I would rather be suspended in a vat of boiling marmalade than go to Alton Towers because turning me upside down at speed is worse for my epilepsy than anything else, but damn I can't fucking SAY that. -

The first of March; possibly the first really gorgeous day we've had this year. It's been sunny; it hasn't looked like it's rained in the past 24 hours, neither does it look like it's going to rain. And it's been pleasantly warm. Not "Ooh! Summer!" warm, just "Oh how pleasant to be witnessing the first whiff of spring tra di la whohoo!" warm.

Today I made a lucky little find in my local Oxfam bookshop: the novelisation of Terror of the Zygons (although yeah, I know, it's called Doctor Who and the Loch Ness Monster). And on page 9 it has this delightful description of one of my favourite companions:
