Chris found a dog along the marina very early this morning when he got off work. He took it home, gave it a bath and fed it. No dog tag, but it has a rabies tag from El Paso, Texas and it turns out that his owner is a man named Mike from Kansas. Only Mike has not answered his phone. There are so many Tagalog words out there that have no literal English translation.
