These days, passing a driving test in the UK is a time consuming and expensive business. A one-hour lesson costs around [the equivalent of] US$40 and it’s not uncommon to have 50 to 100 such lessons. I`m fairly sure that in this country you can't decide not to give someone a job based purely on if they`ve got a criminal record.

Yet the number of jobs that state in the advert "Must have a clean driving license" is simply untrue.

Shouldn't expect anything else from this place really.
