I`m fairly sure that in this country you can't decide not to give someone a job based purely on if they`ve got a criminal record.
Yet the number of jobs that state in the advert "Must have a clean driving license" is simply untrue.
Shouldn't expect anything else from this place really.

.. because I don't have a car yet. Anyway, as far as I know it's only government jobs that require no criminal record, or so I think. Tricky. Is it up to the employer or would that be classed as discrimination?
