I have been away and back again to LJ. I'd be thrilled to rekindle with you if we're old acquaintances, as much as I would be happy to meet new people.  I feel rather awkward with friending and the politics of it.

I usually lock my personal entries. I'm rather boring, though. :)

I got my little finger sucked on by a tiny goat yesterday. It was a pretty awesome day.

I've been dealing with insomnia since I went back to work. I think I had 12 hours of sleep since the weekend. It's so freaking hot and humid.

And I have an appointment tomorrow morning that makes me really nervous. So what am I doing instead of sleeping? A meme of course. And not any meme....THE MOTHER OF ALL MEMES.

I'M CAVING IN.

Is anyone getting the feeling that they're living in a giant pressure cooker these days? Oh my, the heat and the humidity. It's brutal. Even the mascot of Quebec's winter carnival, the Bonhomme Carnaval, had a heat stroke two days ago during an event. Poor Bonhomme. Life is hard for mascots.

I'd like to write something profound about what I experienced in the last week, but it's still a mess of feelings I can't put words on yet. It takes me time to describe things. It has to start with colors and a diffuse feeling for it to eventually turn into a clean sentence.

And I plan to participate to a big bang. I feel quite ineffective.

I had a really bad day. I ate cereal for dinner and am currently crying as I'm (half) watching a show where the audience isn't supposed to cry. I'm also laughing simultaneously at the silliness of it all.
