I'm sorry for you all getting such extreme heat up north. I know you guys aren't really equipped to handle it (no A/C in some places, etc). Stay cool!

We don't have air conditioning at home since there is always one of two days of really high temperatures and the fans do the job nicely, but the humidity is pretty awful and it's been at least three days that the house is a sauna. Yuck.

I tried out one of the body scrub recipes this morning. I haven't actually used it yet, but I'm rather tickled by the fact that all the ingredients are edible (strawberries, sugar, honey). When I use it in the shower, I'm tempted to just try ingesting some.
