I'm working on a story in which one of the characters comes from a very devout Catholic family. The problem is I have absolutely no personal experience with any form of Christianity.

Less shippy?
I just watched a bit of FMA:B over my brother's shoulder (I am still waaaay behind), and is it just me, or are they cutting out a lot of the shippy bits?
What is it about FMA:B that fails to suck me in like the first anime and the manga did? I've only watched episodes 1-4 and then bits of the rest and I'm not in a big hurry to catch up. What gives -

Broken limb update:
I now have a lighter, less annoying cast on my leg!!!! I still can't walk far on it, but I am no longer stuck using a wheelchair (unless, of course, I plan on going really far). I can make it around my apartment now!!!!
