Questions about Catholicism
I'm working on a story in which one of the characters comes from a very devout Catholic family. The problem is I have absolutely no personal experience with any form of Christianity.
I've been researching it (mainly on Wikipedia and little_details), but what I'm looking for is more the personal experiences of people who've been raised under that religion, and how/how much being raised Catholic has affected your opinions on things like sex, homosexuality, bisexuality, gender roles, casual hookups, the importance of family and the validity of other religions.
Any Catholics (or members of any other Christian denomination) on my flist want to help me out?
