Haven't had time to do something that deserves comment. I am looking forward to the day I skip school to go to my cousin's wedding, but aside from that, there's only so many different ways I can comment on school or work before I get bored. Thus the lack of posting.

In the morning, I drive away from the wall of smoke and ash. In the evening, I drive towards it. This seems like a less than smart sequence but it really works.

I was flipping a half-dollar last night. Got 11 tails in a row before I stopped. I know its a statistical possibility. In fact, the coin is slightly heads-heavy, because the bust of Kennedy on the heads side adds slightly more mass than the seal on the tails side.

But it still freaks me out when I encounter that kind of statistical anomaly.

About time a book retailer did this.

I remember 20 years ago or so, when they changed the Congressional redistricting in the area around my parent's home and we got Waxman as a congressman. We start talking about the ying and the yang that is the batman and the joker when it hits me: Batman may or may not be the initial cause of people like the Joker.
