Okay, now I'm basically just doing this for amusement :-). I found a German review of the Rizzoli & Isles pilot, and put it through both Google Translate and Reverso.net. The translations are even worse than for
the French review I posted a couple of days ago, but the hilarity factor is proportionately higher! However, if any real German

Ditto! You read my mind.
This German version was also hilarious, I LOVE how all the countries seem to have officially noticed the lesbian subtext. Maybe we should stop calling it subtext. Not even maintext. Let's go straight for INTERNATIONALLY ACKNOWLEDGED LESBO SHOW!

I know, right?! Next up I think I'll look under Google.es for a Spanish review, unless you wanna supply one :-).

Yes, that does seem harsh. Not that Jane Rizzoli doesn't share similarities with Lindsay Boxer, but to say that AH just looks old is unnecessarily unkind (even were it true). As for Maura, I commented upthread that she didn't have as much screen time as Jane in the pilot, so perhaps for some less astute viewers, she failed to make as much as an impression.
So, clearly, the reviewer had no idea what she was talking/writing about ... Except for the chemistry part, that is.
Yes; she did get that right :-).
