here's a rad thing i learned in deep tissue class this weekend: self-massage using a foam roller. we used 4-inch foam rollers in class, but the 6-inch is apparently also good. oh yes, it hurts so good! i recommend you all spend $10 and do it regularly as part of your self-care routines ( Read more... )
