had a tryout with a san francisco based chiropractor this morning. it went really well! she loved my work and told me "you're perfect!" which of course made me preen.
the end result? i'm going to rent space -- for a super affordable rate! -- in her irving street office on tuesdays and thursday afternoons, with the opportunity to pick up (or switch to?) fridays and saturdays. plus, ready-made referrals for me, directly from the chiropractor, and for her as i build up my own clientele. in fact, she's going to be my first massage patient next week. oh, and i can set my own rates. (believe it or not, i was actually requested to charge more after being told that my rates are too low for the san francisco market).
