Everything today is pointing me towards Notre Dame de Paris. The lecture on religion in early Europe, especially catholicism in France. The lecture on Gothic cathedrals, especially in France, and the slide(s) of Notre Dame. The Disney song, "The Bells of Notre Dame." Okay, so, due to thunderstorms in Philadelphia, I was going to miss my connection to CDG by about ten minutes... So I'm back at home again, and going to try again tomorrow. This time I have a 6+ hour layover, so I should be able to make the next flight. Hopefully. I need a book to bring to read. Maybe three ( Read more... )

It's Wednesday, my last full day at home.
