Ugh. I really wish I had money growing on trees to help my brother out. Turns out he was pretty vastly underinsured (note to self: check on our homeowner's insurance), and though I swear he told me that they said his house was going to be considered a total loss, it appears that that may still be in question. Lots of stress in life, but I am so so so lucky that I have scherzoid and fairion to bring my sweet baby up to meet me for lunch. That gummy grin is definitely the high point of my day. :o)
