today is simply beautiful. -

sometimes the universe wants to show you how far you've grown.
which, apparently, is why my ex reached out to me today.
thankfully, i was able to navigate the convo in a polite and compassionate manner, without recourse to crying, anger or bitchiness. and i was very direct as to where my limits were.
yeah, i've moved on.

I have, essentially, two LiveJournal friends left: LeafShimmer and MoonGladeWoman. Two people that I adore.
I'm rarely on LiveJournal, but each time I come onto the site, I make sure I read several (or more) posts from both of them. It makes me happy.

So this handsome Assyrian man reached out to me over one of those gay social networking sites i belong to. We had gone on a few dates several years ago, but it never quite clicked. Looks like we will be going on a date or two again. Who knows, maybe i will get to hold hands and kiss a boy sometime soon. -

yesterday, i had a really bad depression attack. the uncontrollable emotions, suicidal thoughts, spontaneous crying and aimlessness ruined the whole day--even the good bits of it ( Read more... ) -
