thankfully, i was able to navigate the convo in a polite and compassionate manner, without recourse to crying, anger or bitchiness. and i was very direct as to where my limits were.

Today was the twice-monthly Pasadena Men's Reiki Meetup. I woke up early and drove across the vast expanses of LA to pick up my friend Sydney in Tarzana and be safely back in the Dena for the healing fest. There were 6 of us, altogether.
