Recently I came from a storm of activities involving shows and parties, staying out late and pushing myself to socialize frequently. I still drink too many energy drinks, but I can feel that the caffeine exhaustion that was plaguing me after April has passed. I feel better and healthier, although I do need to exercise more. Feeling much better today.

I ran today and my BMI was still 23.4. This was after large pasta meals on both Monday and Tuesday evening, as well as parties with food on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, I'm still in a good place and this should off-set the ketosis somewhat.
