Well, on a good note, Dave has accepted a position with Honda Aircraft in Greensboro, NC. This is good because he has a lifelong love of aircraft (he wanted to be a navy pilot when he was younger, but his health problems kept him out.), and since Honda is such a big company, the benefits are better with less cost, he will be making more money than ( Read more... )

Seriously. I'd give just about anything for just ONE day where either my head or my knee wasn't throbbing. I started getting headaches over my right eye a year ago November and have been going to a neurologist because they have been so bad. I mean migraine bad, almost daily. The last few weeks have been pretty bad. Between Dave being in the hospital, worrying whether or not his office is going to get closed down, refinancing our mortgage before the ARM goes up in April of next year (which would completely screw us), things have just not been going our way ( Read more... )

The visit with Dave's mother went much better than I thought it would. She got here late Friday night around 11pm. We talked for a bit after she got inside, then we went to bed.
