My Kingdom For a Pain-Free Day....
Seriously. I'd give just about anything for just ONE day where either my head or my knee wasn't throbbing. I started getting headaches over my right eye a year ago November and have been going to a neurologist because they have been so bad. I mean migraine bad, almost daily. He has tried three different medications. The one I am on now is the last one he can try, but it seems to be doing ok, other than making me dizzy and the whole having trouble with my balance thing, but they are trying to work out the doseage *crosses fingers*.
I had an MRI of my brain last week. Was interesting. Not claustrophobic or anything. Just weird. No worse than wearing a catcher's mask or anything, just loud as heck even with the ear plugs. They gave me a CD with the scan results on it (this is your brain...this is your brain on CD....) which I dropped off at my neurologist's office, so I am guessing there was nothing bad on it, or they would have called me already. But damn it, why am I suddenly getting headaches? Something is going on, I just don't know what.
