Каким образом можно сделать человеку инъекцию страха, чтобы отключить его высшие мыслительные функции и включить амигдалу с ее примитивными реакциями? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amygdala_hijack

Можно классифицировать три разных вида такого переключения:

1. Дефицит.

В условиях недостатка ресурсов нет времени на размышления, потому что все силы должны быть немедленно брошены на выживание.

2. Неопределенность.

Если дефицит относится к недостатку материальных ресурсов, то неопределенность относится к недостатку информации. Поскольку в таких условиях принятие решений затруднено, есть смысл отключить мозг и упростить картину мира для выхода из подвешенного состояния и устранения сомнений.

3. Инсубординация.

Третий вид страха относится к взаимоотношениям с другими людьми. Инсубординация (вызыв власти внутри иерархической структуры) пугает, потому что ассоциируется с насилием - сильного по отношению к слабому либо объединенных слабых по отношению к сильному. Третий страх связан с первыми двумя - угроза материальной потери от насилия (смерти)  сочетается в нем с неопределенностью в исходе конфликта. Эскалация насилия может произойти быстро, поэтому отключение мозга требуется для ускорения быстроты реакции.



В художественной форме противодействие трем разным вида страха иллюстрируются в евангельской истории об искушениях Христа в пустыне.

Первое искушение (голодом) преодолевается Христом со словами "не хлебом одним будет жить человек" -  оставаясь голодным, он отрицает позыв броситься на борьбу за выживание. Второе искушение связано с преодолением неопределенности. Если ангелы подхватят после прыжка со скалы, это явится доказательством того, что Исус - сын божий, и тем самым снимет неопределенность. Со словами "не искушай Господа Бога твоего" он предпочитает эту неопределенность сохранить, чтобы позже мучаться сомнениями на кресте. Третье искушение - подчиниться сильному и поклониться ему - Христос также отвергает: "отойди от меня, сатана". Тем самым он преодолевает страх инсубординации.

Истории разного сорта (мифы, сказания, волшебные сказки) передаются через поколения именно потому, что служат средствами избавления от страха и раскрепощения сознания.



Суперчеловеческих способностей Христа не доставало у подданых советского тоталитарного государства, которым власть без устали жала на все три кнопки. Извечный советский дефицит был не просто симптомом некомпетентности руководства в удовлетворении первейших материальных потребностей, но и стратегическим средством удерживания этого населения в состоянии страха. Этому же служил туман неопределенности, порожденный враньем государственной пропаганды. Роль третьей кнопки играли жестокие репрессии в отношении диссидентов, которые могли покуситься на субординацию.

Рассмотрим в этом же ключе вопрос расизма и расистской пропаганды. Первой скрепой расизма служит представление об ограниченных ресурсах, за которые идет непримиримая борьба между расами. В современном варианте - "replacement theory" и " белый геноцид": полчища иммигрантов чуждых рас отбирают жизненное пространство. Основным источником неопределенности для расистов служит непонимание мотивации расовых предателей - представителeй высшей расы, которые не разделяют их убеждений и потакают низшей расе. Поэтому расизм подпитывается теориями заговора, в современном варианте - " культурного марксизма". В руках расистских пропагандистов другие неопределенности тоже идут в ход, чтобы держать аудиторию в состоянии страха. Третья скрепа - расовые различия воспринимаются в категориях иерархических отношений,  а страх нарушения этой субординации ассоциируется с насилием.

The broadcasters use the money for a range of things, including buying equipment, attracting corporate financing for new programs and providing educational and training courses for local communities. About 180 million people listen to or watch public broadcasting stations each month.
Richard W. Carlson, president and chief executive of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, defended his operation. "If C.P.B. ceased to exist, more than a thousand community radio and television stations would be seriously jeopardized," he said. He said the corporation received $253 million from the Federal Government in 1993 but generated more than $1.5 billion in investment from membership contributions, matching grants and program sponsorships. The corporation's Federal budget for this fiscal year is $285.6 million, and Congress has already authorized about $300 million for 1996.
"C.P.B. is a good deal for the taxpayer," Mr. Carlson said. The taxpayer contribution, he said, amounts to "about a buck per person" a year.

CARLSON: I agree with that completely. And I mean no disrespect, but that's a very obvious point that you just made.
MURRAY: Yeah.
CARLSON: If you -- if you force identity politics on the country, at some point you're going to get white identity politics.
MURRAY: Yeah.
CARLSON: And I agree with you that that is a disaster. I don't want that. I don't think any normal person wants that, because it's zero-sum. But that's such an obvious point that you wonder, has that occurred to the people pushing identity politics? It must have, right?
MURRAY: That's what puzzles me, because I use that 13 percent versus 60 percent comparison -- It's like poking a stick at a very large, strong animal, and thinking that the very large, strong animal is going to be infinitely patient. I should -- when you use those kinds of analogies, I --- I think it raises the wrong -- the wrong image.
CARLSON: But why would you do that? I mean, why, -- Right? I mean, there's -- I don't see a good outcome to that, at all. I don't -- I can't imagine how anyone else could imagine a good outcome to that, so you have to conclude maybe they want a bad outcome.
