Something really incredible happened.

I wrote this entry last week about my Dell malfunctioning and this morning, i actually got this response, on my LJ no less, from Larry, purportedly a Dell Customer Advocate from the Texas HQ ( Read more... )

the best part is, i read it's actually an educational video...they were trying to teach the japanese what to say if they get robbed by (increasing numbers of) foreigners in Japan lol! I almost died laughing when i watchhed it. The music is so cheesy and good, and that zooming in on the armpits was just hilarious!

Oh my goodness, the Dell Customer Service Advocate really impressed me. I guess I know what to do when my laptop isn't functioning the way it's meant to! That being said, what happened to Larry when I whined about not getting my Dell?!

well i was going to say maybe bcos you didnt name them lol. but i saw the word Dell at the end of the entry so...then again maybe search engines werent so powerful back in 2005 :P

haha, I watched this vid a couple of months back when one of my WoW friends asked me to. there is another funny one in the same vein but I cant remember what it was about now.

Wow, I wish someone woulda done that for me! I bought a dell only to have the motherboard die a week afdter warranty expire. I'm thinking about taking them to court, but I will never ever buy a dell ever again nor will I allow anyone I know to buy one.
