My complaints.

The company whose name must not be mentioned has really got me ticked off this time.
First, they cancelled my order because they could not reach me by phone to verify some details. (Why couldn't they email me? Since they've emailed everything else. It's my room phone, obviously I'm not going to be there for most of the day.)
My mum calls the bank to verify that the transaction went through and then calls them to ask. They ask her some questions and say that everything is a-okay. But when I track my order online, it's still cancelled.
So I call them. They ask me questions about my credit card, which country, which bank? Then they said they'll reinstate the order. Great.
But then they leave me another voice mail saying that this can't be done. So when I call them back they tell me that the other department says that they cannot process my order so I'll have to re-order.
So I go looking for what I order. But it's not there anymore. It's a refurbished set, they probably sold it to someone else while they plodded along with my order.
Argh! I refuse to get something else because I'm not going to pay more than what I originally intended to.
I abhor multinational companies with call centres. Espeically call centres with various departments who carry out such specialised functions that they don't even know what the other departments do.
By today, I'm supposed to have received my order. But now, I don't even have an order!

And you know what the irony is? I'm typing this on a Dell.
(Don't you dare comment,mac-evangelist, I know what you're going to say.)
