Something really incredible happened.

I wrote this entry last week about my Dell malfunctioning and this morning, i actually got this response, on my LJ no less, from Larry, purportedly a Dell Customer Advocate from the Texas HQ

I'm guessing that their PR department may actually be tracking blogs/comments on Dell products. Heil the power of the Intarweb and blogging!

ah yes that dell guy was telling me about them using technorati. now that u reminded me, my laptop still gets the blues now and then :S
