I'm sorry I haven't posted in two weeks. It's been a little crazy here and we lost internet for a while. Also, I was just diagnosed with cough-variant asthma--you have no idea how happy that makes me, seriously. For what it's worth, this ficlet is the longest of the series and I added two more ficlets which brings the total to a lucky thirteen.

No, I am not dead. Well, not anymore. We've all had plague here. Flu. Nothing like getting over flu to make you really appreciate how awesome it feels to just plain NOT BE SICK. But I'm back and will be posting like a normal person. This ficlet was kinda fun to write because of the parallels.
